We keep the audit file online.
Workpapers are prepared, reviewed, signed off and archived in AuditFile. Several people can edit the same Word, Excel or PDF workpaper at once, so no one needs a printed binder to do the work.
AuditFile® is committed to sustainability. Our platform keeps the entire audit file online, so workpapers, document requests, signatures and review can all happen without printing, shipping or a trip to the office.
AuditFile, Inc. is committed to sustainability in the product we build, the way we deliver it and the suppliers we choose. We build software that lets audit teams do their work without paper, shipping or unnecessary travel. We deliver it from shared cloud infrastructure. We set written standards for the companies we buy from.
Each one is part of AuditFile® now.
Workpapers are prepared, reviewed, signed off and archived in AuditFile. Several people can edit the same Word, Excel or PDF workpaper at once, so no one needs a printed binder to do the work.
Document requests, uploads, messages and final deliverables travel through a client portal connected to the engagement, in place of mail and couriers.
Documents are signed electronically, and the signed PDF files itself back into the binder as a workpaper. There is no print, sign and scan loop.
Reviewers can open the file from any connected device, including our iOS apps, and sign off where they are.
Our standard cloud product runs in the browser. Customers have no servers to buy, power or maintain for it.
By default AuditFile is hosted in the United States on Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. We do not own or operate data centers.
